Terms & Conditions:

  1. Rental Duration:

    • The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date.
    • Extensions can be requested in advance, subject to availability.
  2. Payment:

    • Customers must make the 50% payment in advance to confirm the reservation and remained 50% at the time of delivery done.
    • Payments can be made through the designated payment methods provided by the rental service like Cash, UPI Only.
  3. Cancellation:

    • Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 2 days of the delivery date may incur 50% cancellation fee.
  4. Damages and Repairs:

    • Customers are responsible for any damages to the projector during the rental period.
    • Repair or replacement costs for damages will be charged to the customer.
  5. Late Returns:

    • Late returns may result in additional charges, calculated on a per-day basis.
    • Failure to return the equipment within 3 days of the agreed-upon pickup date may result in legal action.
  6. Security Deposit:

    • A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or late fees.
    • The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.
  7. Ownership and Use:

    • The projector remains the property of PriMac Projector Rental Services at all times.
    • Customers are not allowed to sublet, sell, or transfer the rented equipment without prior written consent.
  8. Force Majeure:

      PriMac Projector Rental Services is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  9. Jurisdiction:

    • Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
