Terms & Conditions:
Rental Duration:
- The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date.
- Extensions can be requested in advance, subject to availability.
Payment:
- Customers must make the 50% payment in advance to confirm the reservation and remained 50% at the time of delivery done.
- Payments can be made through the designated payment methods provided by the rental service like Cash, UPI Only.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the delivery date may incur 50% cancellation fee.
Damages and Repairs:
- Customers are responsible for any damages to the projector during the rental period.
- Repair or replacement costs for damages will be charged to the customer.
Late Returns:
- Late returns may result in additional charges, calculated on a per-day basis.
- Failure to return the equipment within 3 days of the agreed-upon pickup date may result in legal action.
Security Deposit:
- A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or late fees.
- The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.
Ownership and Use:
- The projector remains the property of PriMac Projector Rental Services at all times.
- Customers are not allowed to sublet, sell, or transfer the rented equipment without prior written consent.
Force Majeure:
- PriMac Projector Rental Services is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Jurisdiction:
- Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
By proceeding with the rental, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
